Active acne with open sores: If you have severe acne with open sores or cystic acne, Aqua Facial may not be suitable as it could irritate the skin.

Skin infections: If you have an active skin infection, such as cold sores or herpes simplex virus, it’s best to wait until the infection has healed.

Rosacea: If you have rosacea, Aqua Facial might not be recommended, as the treatment could cause irritation or inflammation.

Sensitive skin or allergies: If you have very sensitive skin or known allergies to any of the ingredients used in the treatment, discuss this with your practitioner beforehand.

Recent chemical peels or laser treatments: If you’ve had a recent chemical peel, laser, or other intensive skin treatments, Aqua Facial should be avoided until your skin has fully healed.

Pregnancy: Although Aqua Facial is generally considered safe, it's advised to consult with your healthcare provider before undergoing the treatment during pregnancy.

Avoid Sun Exposure: Minimize sun exposure and wear SPF 30+ for at least one week before treatment.

Discontinue Active Skincare: Stop using retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliants at least 3–5 days prior to prevent irritation.

No Botox or Fillers: Avoid injectables at least two weeks before treatment.

Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated for optimal results.

No Waxing or Hair Removal: Avoid waxing, laser, or depilatory creams on the treatment area one week prior.

Unlike standard facials, a bespoke facial uses targeted techniques, advanced technologies, and curated ingredients to address your personal skin concerns.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Every step is customized, making it gentle enough for sensitive skin while still delivering visible results.

How often should I get a bespoke facial?

We recommend once every 4–6 weeks to maintain optimal skin health and glow.

Avoid direct sun exposure: Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun after the facial, so it's important to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily and avoid direct sunlight for 24–48 hours.
Avoid makeup for 24 hours: Let your skin breathe and fully absorb the treatment by avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours after the facial.
Keep your skin hydrated: Use a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to keep your skin moisturized and lock in the benefits of the treatment.
Avoid heat and sweat: For 24–48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense physical activity that may irritate the skin or increase heat and sweat production.
Use mild skincare: Stick to gentle skincare products, avoiding harsh exfoliants, retinols, or strong active ingredients for a few days.
No exfoliation: Avoid exfoliating for 3–5 days after your Aqua Facial to prevent irritation.
