SkinIQ Booking Policy
At SkinIQ, every treatment time is thoughtfully reserved to provide a calm and uninterrupted experience for each guest.
To respect the time of our therapists and fellow clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed.
Arrival
* Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment.
* This allows time to settle in and begin your experience in a calm and relaxed way.
* Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to avoid impacting other guests.
Cancellations & Appointment Changes
* 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
* Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
* Same-day cancellations will be treated as a no-show.
* Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the treatment, deposit, or gift voucher value.
Deposits & Gift Vouchers
* Gift vouchers are treated as payment and are subject to the same cancellation policy.
* Gift voucher bookings require a 50% deposit, which will be held from the voucher value.
* SkinIQ Experience bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
* Extended treatments may require higher deposits due to the appointment time reserved.
SkinIQ reserves the right to refuse service where behaviour toward staff is considered inappropriate.
Our booking policies are designed to protect the time reserved for each guest and ensure every client enjoys a calm, uninterrupted experience.
